Dear Sir,
We would like to invite you to provide us your quotation for the above tender’s SOW as per the RFQ DOCS above.
General RFP/Q terms:
- Commercial (where applicable):
- Price each individual SOW item enclosed, avoid to include/merge with other items.
- Provide your supply and install cost.
- Currency in USD, inclusive of all costs/taxes (supply to site).
- Validity to be 45 days (at least).
- Technical: In addition to the above, please provide:
- Technical parameters/data sheets/submittals.
- Either a clear statement/declaration of conformity/compliance towards the required scope, specifications and enclosed documents OR highlight any deviations.
- Dully completed Commitment Letter (attached)
Note: we expect full adherence to the above-mentioned terms, any non-complying quotes may (upon our discretion) be subject to disregard.

- Kindly advise your interest to participate or not (if confirmed, clearly state beforehand any items/works that you may not be able to price).
